More than 25 years ago when Ann Smith purchased the first RE/MAX real estate franchise in Louisville, industry experts said the company’s new 100% commission program would never work. But times and traditions change and in 1999 the RE/MAX offices of Louisville have become the market leaders in terms of total transactions for a real estate organization as per statistics supplied by The Multiple Listing Service of The Louisville Board of Realtors.
In December of 1999, Harold and Mark Helm purchased Louisville’s first RE/MAX 100, Inc. The goal was to create the premier office where real estate agents can take their careers to the highest level possible.
